Biggenden Water Treatment Plant Upgrade
Rittal Ri4 Modular Switchboard system complete with Supply Authority Metering and Active Harmonic Filter. Schneider ATV320 Variable Speed Drives for all motor control and Schneider Modicon M340 PLC section.
Winton Shire Council Heat Exchange Pump Station
Custom built 340amp Motor Control Switchboard with Schneider Automatic Transfer Switch. Distribution for 6 x ABB IP55 Variable Speed Drives and General Light & Power. PLC section with Schneider SCADAPack’s complete with DC UPS unit.
Talwood Water Treatment Plant MCC
Custom built 3mm Aluminium Switchboard. Schneider ATV320 Variable Speed Drives for motor control. Brodersen PLC/RTU unit with Magelis HMI and 4RF radio communication.
Santos Control System Upgrades
Main and Remote PLC cabinets in Rittal TS8 Modular enclosures. Schneider MCB’s and Phoenix Contact Redundant DC Power Supplies. Allen Bradley CompactLogix & GuardLogix PLC systems. Allen Bradley 1734 Point I/O modules.
1000 Amp and 630 Amp Motor Control Switchboards for 2.6km Sand Slurry Pipe Line
Switchboards manufactured from 3mm Marine Grade Aluminium, housing controls for 2 x 110kW Variable Speed Drives, 3 x 110kW Soft Starters, 2 x 45kW Soft Starters, 2 x 30kW Soft Starters and various D.O.L starters. The control system included an Omron PLC, 8” Red Lion Touch Screen and Elpro 915U-2 radio telemetry units.
Triple 90kW Soft Starter Electrical Switchboard for South Walker Creek Mine Process Water Pump Station
Switchboard fabricated from 316 Stainless Steel complete with Internal Hinged Escutcheon with digital and analog signals wired back to an existing Allen Bradley PLC for control and monitoring.
